Agent licence verification
Kyora applies private licence checks on real estate agents at signup. Professionals marked as 'licence-checked' or displaying a verification badge have provided a RERA or applicable licence number that Kyora has verified against publicly available records. This is Kyora's internal verification process — NOT an official RERA/DLD endorsement, certification, or government-issued badge.
What this means for investors
Licence-checked status helps you identify agents who have passed Kyora's baseline verification. It does not guarantee agent competence, transaction success, or real-time licence validity (checks are periodic, not continuous). You should always independently verify agent credentials through official DLD/RERA channels before any transaction.
